Now, more than ever, is the time for speaking up, speaking out and telling our stories. In this way, we learn that we are not alone and together, our unity can bring about true change. Heart of the Matter is an online journalistic interview program dedicated to having our voices be heard  - and to hearing each other.

Angelena brings humanity to the world as she sheds light on topics that can sometimes be difficult to talk about. Her transparency is uplifting and refreshing and inspires others to take action for their own healing. By bringing the truth to light and giving a voice to pain, she is committed to helping others rise above their own adversity and to increasing public awareness. As an Ambassador for World Mental Health Day, Angelena interviews people who have experienced human rights violations, violent crime, mental health issues and grief and loss. Having journeyed the healing path from PTSD twice, she understands pain and suffering and discusses the importance of nurturing ourselves and each other as whole beings - even when we feel broken into pieces. In addition, the show includes interviews with experts in healthcare, alternative medicine and mental health.

Heart of the Matter Television is inspirational and educational, reminding us that life is a continuing journey, where we can heal, rise above our pain and live happy and fulfilling lives. If you're interested in being interviewed, please  get in touch.
